As the 1st and only Design Program Manager for the Brand Design Team 🎨 at Qualia, I trailblazed design processes and streamlined a clear intake process for the Brand Design Team, while building relationships and aligning on scope, schedule, budget 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 with cross-functional stakeholders ✔️.

I drove fast-paced design projects and acted as the bridge 🌉 between departments to set expectations, aligned priorities, and managed resources. I helped to define clear communication channels and guidelines from ground-up to establish efficient design operations as the company rapidly scales ⚖️.
