I’m a Design Operations Strategist and Program Manager with a track record of driving high-impact teams at Disney, Google, Meta, Khan Academy, and Hilton. Over the past eight years, my career has been defined by a unique ability to bring order to complex pipelines and clarity to tangled communication flows. I specialize in transforming scaling teams and fragmented initiatives into high-performing, well-oiled machines.
My background in creative operations is intentionally diverse: I’ve navigated everything from producing physical attractions at Disneyland and launching Reels at Instagram to scaling teams within non-profit ed-tech and running sprints in the Metaverse. This breadth of experience has made me a highly adaptable leader, capable of operationalizing global teams and managing international stakeholders across varying disciplines, time zones, and organizational scales—from agile startups to global enterprises.
