I’m a Design Ops, Strategist, and Program Manager with experience driving diverse teams at Disney, Google, Meta, Khan Academy, and Hilton.
Throughout my 8+ years of windy career, I've brought order and structure to messy pipelines, and clarity to tangled communication flows. My superpower has always been to streamline scaling teams, programs, and initiatives into a well-oiled machine.
My creative ops career has taken me into multiple spaces—from producing the newest ride at Disneyland and launching Reels at Instagram, to scaling teams at a non-profit education tech company and running sprints in the Metaverse—I've adapted, learned, and operationalized diverse teams & international stakeholders of various sizes, disciplines, and time zones both in enterprise & start-up settings.

→ a cozy gaming and cozy lifestyle content creator (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). I create both short form and long form content within the cozy/indie gaming space, slow living, and mindfulness.
