Google Experience Studio tells the story of Googleโs โ๏ธ cutting-edge technologies in the physical world through interactive installations, architecture, and user-focused interior design to immerse guests during their visit to Google Experience Centers โจ.
During my time as Experience Design Producer / Project Manager in the team๐ท๐ปโโ๏ธ, I helped to drive multiple international ๐ design-build projects from early concept phase to finish in a highly-creative & cross-functional team consisting of space designers, UI/UX designers, brand strategists, engineers, creative technologist, business stakeholders, architects, contractors, and various external vendors.
I nurtured professional relationships with international business stakeholders across Asia ๐ฏ๐ต๐ธ๐ฌ, Latin America ๐ง๐ท, and Europe ๐ฎ๐ช๐ซ๐ท to execute existing facility upkeep, new interior enhancement projects, and interactive experiences refreshes in a timely โณ manner within the allocated budget ๐ถ, while streamlining workflows, communication, and escalation paths along the way.

The Grove is a fully-immersive, innovative space focused on creating awe-inspiring experiences to nurture and strengthen ๐ช our customerโs business.
The Grove is Google Experience Centers located in Redwood City, California ๐. The concept and design of the space was inspired by Californiaโs redwood forests ๐ฒ๐, and the thematic story of the redwoods is expressed in the architecture, technology, and hospitality touch points throughout this immersive space.
โFrom the Digital Campfire ๐ฅ, a Google Assistant-powered gathering place created with the latest Google Pixel devices, to the Redwood Trail, an interactive tunnel that uses machine learning algorithms to improvise and play music live ๐ถ, there are countless moments of magic ๐ช throughout The Grove where Google technology seamlessly enhances the guest experience. Storytelling and guest-centric designs throughout the center provide interactive and playful moments for customers, partners, and Google employees alike.โ
As part of the design team ๐ง๐ปโ๐จ, I did some UI/UX testings for Digital Campfire ๐ฅ, Redwood Trail ๐ฒ, and other interactive installations ๐ซ. I supported cross-functional collaboration & communication toward opening day ๐.

Along with supporting The Grove & The Foundry during my time at Google Experience Studio, I also supported Google Partner Plex in Sรฃo Paulo, Brazil.
I managed various vendors both in the United States & locally in Sรฃo Paulo for a few refreshes โจ, facilities upkeep, and new install projects. I helped to drive some interior design cosmetic uplift, an immersive new media installation, as well as a fun & interactive display for guests who visit ๐ธ.
I worked very closely with the leadership team & local business stakeholders, particularly around scheduling ๐ & budgeting ๐ต. I also developed healthy relationships remotely with the local Facilities Manager, and triaged any needs & asks to the US-based core technical team.
