I’m a well-rounded Design Ops/Program Manager and Creative Ops with 8+ years of experience driving diverse teams at Disney, Google, Meta, Khan Academy, and Hilton.
From producing world-class theme park attractions and the biggest social media digital app, to managing fast-paced branded campaigns at startups and shipping an AI tool to provide free worldly education, as well as leading the global digital design operations at the biggest travel-hospitality chain—I’ve helped teams/companies, huge and tiny, to operate and scale seamlessly with long-term strategic thinking, clear process, and structure, to exceed business goals.
I thrive in multi-disciplinary, fast-paced teams, and ambiguous environments. My role is to put structures in place—to empower by establishing scalable processes, fostering a healthy team culture, managing resources, building stakeholder relationships, and connecting the dots while shepherding projects successfully to the finish line.
