Hi ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ Iโ€™m Joshua (he/him) ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

I offer career mentorship, as well as how to navigate a meaningful and purposeful mid-career break for corporate employees. You can book me for ongoing or one-off sessions via MentorCruise โœจ

From producing theme park attractions ๐ŸŽข, to launching augmented reality experiences ๐Ÿคณ, managing branding campaigns at a startup ๐Ÿก, joining a non-profit education tech org ๐Ÿ“š, and finally leading the global digital design operations at the biggest hospitality chain there is ๐Ÿจ โ€” Iโ€™ve done them all.

I thrive in multi-disciplinary, fast-paced teams, and ambiguous environments. My role is to put structures in place โ€” to empower by establishing scalable processes, fostering a healthy team culture, managing resources, building stakeholder relationships, and connecting the dots while shepherding ๐Ÿ‘ projects successfully to the finish line.

As someone who has been navigating a windy creative career, including a mid-career break, I decided to be a mentor for other professionals out there via MentorCruise. If youโ€™re building a career in Design Ops/Creative Project Mgmt/Design Program Mgmt, or if youโ€™re contemplating of a mid-career break โ€” Iโ€™d be honored to be your mentor and help navigate your journey!

I am a self-published poet ๐Ÿ“. As an ambivert, I believe that written words are just as powerful as spoken. Check out my book Not All Fallen Is Lost and some writing Iโ€™ve done! Along with Jasmine Lawrence ๐Ÿ‘ง๐Ÿพ, I co-hosted Align by Line, a podcast where we shared candid conversations about life with the help of poetry.

I also create short form social media content as I travel (@thisisourstop). I do it not to become an influencer, but to have it as a creative outlet and to share it with friends & families.
